Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. This is the time it takes for us to verify your order, transmit it to the supplier, and for the supplier to prepare it for shipment.

We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for most items, as our suppliers' carriers may have restrictions. Please ensure you provide a physical street address.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to the supplier due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping fees.

If a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier (e.g., due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal by recipient), it will be returned to the supplier.

Upon receipt by the supplier, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (at your expense) or issue a refund for the product price, minus original shipping costs and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.
11. Lost or Damaged Packages
